Starting Palmor Construction was a very scary time in my life. I knew I wanted to do more with my skill and talent. However I cannot take any credit for what the business has become. I credit everything to God! He has sent me everyone in my life that has made this business possible. Each and every job is truly meaningful to me and weather small or large, they receive the same attention to detail. I look forward to working with each and every customer I gain, and the return work from those customers as well. Thank you to all who have trusted in my company and the future customers to come! Chad Palsgrove
Chad Palsgrove is the founder, owner, and operator of Palmor Construction, LLC.
Chad was born, raised and currently resides in Troy, Ohio. Chad is currently married to Amy, also from Troy, Ohio and has 1 son, 1 daughter and 2 step-daughters. Some of Chad's interest include: disc golf with his best friend, chocolate labs, fishing and traveling. Chad has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry. At a young age, Chad started learning basic woodworking and carpentry skills from his grandfather and step-father. Once he started learning he caught on very quickly and knew he had a special gift from God. Chad started making small items such as coat racks, shelving, quilt racks, custom stands, etc. Chad then took his knowledge to the next level and started out as a salesman working for two local lumberyards. Wanting to reach higher goals in 2012, Chad felt he had the skills and knowledge to start his own business. Chad is hands-on every day in the business, from quoting to the final day of each job to assure his details and personal touch are achieved.

Jordan Webster
I was born and raised in Troy Ohio but now reside Maineville Ohio. I am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and proud father of a son following in my footsteps as he proudly serves in the Air Force. I have always enjoyed working with my hands and doing new things. I have over 20 years experience and attended the Upper Vally JVS taking carpentry in high school. I've worked for several large construction companies in the area but truly found what I love to do when I began working with Chad. I find he has been able to push me to expand my skills and become a better person. I have experience in all aspects of construction from start to finish and really enjoy what I do.
